Your privacy is important to Decision Tree Consulting Ltd (DTC). This privacy statement describes our commitment to the protection of your personal information.

If you have chosen to interact with DTC, any dispute associated with the privacy of your personal information will be subject to the contents of this privacy statement. DTC receives and stores personal information that is provided via:

•  Telephone conversations
•  Electronic mail
•  Market Research Surveys

The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number/s, email address and answers to questions asked in our market research surveys.

Our web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under control. Only certain employees have access to the personal information you provide us. They have access in order to deal with a specific enquiry that you may have asked or for data analysis and quality control purposes.

We use cookies and other similar devices sparingly and only for quality control, validation and to prevent bothersome repeat surveying. You can configure your browser to notify you when the cookies are being placed on your computer. You can also delete cookies by adjusting your browser settings.

Any answers that you provide as part of a DTC market research survey will be treated as confidential unless you have given your consent to the contrary. DTC will not send you unsolicited mail or pass on your email addresses to others for this purpose. If we want to send you future emails, we will ask your explicit permission for this. As with all forms of marketing and opinion research, your co-operation is voluntary at all times. No personal information is sought from you or about you, without your prior knowledge and agreement. You are entitled at any stage of the survey, or subsequently, to ask that part or all of the record of your interview to be destroyed or deleted. Wherever reasonable and practical, we will carry out such a request.
